Hello! We are a high-end sneaker and streetwear website operating out of a consignment store, RedwoodSF, in San Francisco. Our physical location has been open since 2016 and prior to that we have operated online and at conventions since around 2010. We have always tried to differentiate our product availability from other similar shops, which means you can expect us to list items that are not available anywhere else as well as the latest and most hyped releases. Our stock changes quickly, expect new listings and new sizes every week.

No Fakes, B-Grades, Unauthorized, or any synonym of the sort will be sold on our site. 

We take all of our own product photos, what you are seeing are the items you will receive.

Item Condition:

We carry mostly brand new items, but also offer some pre-owned items. The description of each item will tell you exactly what condition you are buying. 'Brand new in box' means the item has not been worn and comes with the original box and all accessories (unless otherwise noted). Items that are listed as 'Excellent pre-owned condition' means the item has been lightly worn or is missing relevant tags or stickers making it not truly 'deadstock'. 

All pre-owned items are sold AS-IS. Excellent condition means the item does not show any tears, holes, heavy scuffing, heavy fading, heavy sole drag, or staining. You are trusting our judgement in this by purchasing a pre-owned item.

Payment:

We reserve the right to refund and/or cancel orders. 

We accept most major forms of payment. Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses match unless you are ordering the item as a gift to be delivered elsewhere. With the value of some of the items we have for sale, it is important we protect ourselves from credit card scams or any other payment scams. Upon the ordering a high value item you may receive an email from us just to confirm your purchase. 

Shipping:

All items will ship within 2-3 business days of ordering. We will provide tracking for every item that we ship. We charge a flat rate of $13.95 for shipping within the US (48 states). If you order a small item that does not require a full box for shipping please check out at our normal rates and email us, we will refund the relevant amount. International shipping will be handled on a case by case basis.

We are NOT responsible for stolen or missing packages caused by the carrier. Please contact the carrier to file missing package claims. 

Pickups can be arranged at our storefront, which is located at 1748 Haight St, San Francisco, CA. 

Returns:

No returns are accepted. All sales are final. 

Being a consignment marketplace, we do not own all of the items listed on our website on in our storefront. Once an item is sold, we have to pay out the original consignor. This is not money we can get back. For this reason, no returns will be accepted.

If you are ever hesitant about sizing or an items condition please contact us BEFORE purchasing. We would be happy to assist you with any questions or send additional pictures. 

Returns will only be considered if we can determine it was a fulfillment issue, the wrong item was shipped, or something is missing.
